No Bake Energy Balls Recipe

Easy and fast, get your breakfast all week, keep it in an airtight container and put it in the fridge for up to a week.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old oats. 
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed. 
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 
  • 1/3 cup of honey. 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional). 
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Instructions


  • Combine oats, peanut butter, ground flaxseed, chocolate chips, honey, chia seeds and vanilla extract in a bowl. Cover and cool the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the dough from the refrigerator; roll into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
