Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower Recipe

Vegetarian recipe


  • 1/2 cup melted butter 
  • 2 cloves minced garlic 
  • 1 cup Italian or plain breadcrumbs 
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper 
  • 1 medium cauliflower head

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper. Put aside. 
  • Remove all leaves from the cauliflower head. Cut the cauliflower into bouquets, about the same size. You can cut the big florets in half, if necessary. 
  • Melt the butter and in a small bowl. Add the garlic and stir. 
  • Place the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and parmesan in another bowl. 
  • Dip each piece of cauliflower in the butter and then in the bread crumbs. 
  • Place each breaded piece on a prepared baking sheet. Repeat until you use all the cauliflowers. 
  • Roast cauliflower for 35 to 32 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
