Cinnamon Apple Crumb Cake Recipe


For the cinnamon streusel

  • 1 and 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ​​salt 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

  • 1/2 cup caster sugar 
  • 1 and 1/2 - 2 tablespoons apple cider

  • Preheat the oven to 350 ° F. Grease the 8-inch spring dish and cover it with parchment paper, set aside. 
  • To make cinnamon breadcrumbs, start by whipping the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add the melted butter and vanilla and mix until the mixture is uniformly moist. Book also. 
  • To make this cake in a large bowl, cream together 4 tbsp. Butter with 1/2 cup sugar until light and fluffy, then add egg and beat well. Finally, add vanilla and sour cream and whip again.
