INGREDIENTS

- >100g white chocolate + 50ml cream
- >100g white chocolate + 50ml cream
- >1 drop pink food gel
- >1 drop blue food gel
- >Fudge
- >2 cups sugar
- >3/4 cup butter
- >320g white chocolate or vanilla chips
- >200g jar marshmallow cream
- >3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- >1 1/2 teaspoons cotton candy flavouring
- >1 drop pink food gel
- >1 drop blue food gel
- >Sprinkles

- Ganache
- Add each serving of cream to a mixing bowl. Add the food coloring and mix well. Add each serving of chocolate. Microwave about 20 seconds at a time, mixing each time until smooth. Put aside.
- Fudge
- Line a 13 × 9-inch dish with foil and spray with a nonstick spray.
- Combine sugar, butter, heavy cream and butter in a saucepan, cooking and stirring over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
- Once the sugar is dissolved bring the contents to a boil while stirring for about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and mix marshmallow cream and vanilla chips until all chips are melted.
- Pour 3/4 of the mixture into the mold lined with aluminum foil.
- Add the cotton candy scent to the pan and mix until everything is well mixed.
- Add the pink food gel to half the fudge and the blue food gel to the other half. Pour each fondant color into the prepared pan.
- Cool until together. Sprinkle with ganache and sprinkle with fine colored splashes. Set for 2 hours or all night.
- Cut into small squares.
